Lightbulb The youngest Entered Aprentice

Hello Brothers,

I have recently joined the Faternity and am seeking Light.

The lodge I joined is rather being rekindeled.

So I am here to see if someone may be able to shed some light on what I

expect from Freemasonry. Surprisingly we have a good number of new EA's

but I am affraid that they are not going to stick around if they experience

the same lack of sence of envolvement as I have.

I hope that I will be able to encorage them to stick it out and am dilligently

seeking what should be expected from a lodge.

If we as EA's are suposed to be kept in some darkness please let me know.

Many Thanks,

BroCherry

Bro Cherry

I'd like to turn that question around and ask you what do you expect from Freemasonry. Then we can give you a pretty good idea if you will ever achieve your desires on the track you are currently on.

Re: The youngest Entered Aprentice

I guess I expect to have some kind of fellowship other than the monthly stated meeting. I would like to have been able to meet the other EA's and get to know my new lodge members a little better. I have been blessed with a few good mentors but I hoped that there was more to it than that. I feel that the other EA's kinda feel the same way. Like we are still wondering in Darkness.

I should be turning in my EA degree next meeting so I hope to recieve more light as far as the rituals go but I was realy hoping there was more to it than that. I understand that the lodge is just getting started back up and that may have something to do with it, but I would like for any new EA's to have a better experience and I hope that this is not just some kind of weeding out process, for the sake of the faturnaty.
