Re: The Waiting is the Hardest Part

Brethren,

I can now say that and mean it. Last night 9/11, i went through the initiation. I am truly happy with the little I have seen at this point. I know the journey is long. I was nervous but thanks to the brothers in my lodge, they made me feel very comfortable and safe. I had read in other posts that some of the lodges joke around and talk about goats. For the most part, everyone was reverent. They did however ask us if we had heard about the treasure underneath the lodge, obviously referring to "National Treasure"

I thank you all for the wonderful feedback and look forward to continually visit this site and hopefully be in a position soon to give feedback rather than request it.

Manny

Congratulations Manny, I'll bet it's a great feeling. It's just 12 more days till my initiation. I'm a little nervous, but I'm 10 times more excited. Enjoy the journey.

Keep us informed with all the details Seeker. We want to know first. The 24th is coming up fast. Is that this Wednesday night? You must be bursting at the seams. Your life changes forever very soon. Relax and enjoy the ride! The first time I ever tried St. Remys was after my initiation. Cries. A whole new world opens up to you.

Mystic Knight,

Yes, the big night is this Wednesday. I am so excited. Whatever happens, I'm going put my trust in the hands of my brothers and just enjoy the experience. I hope to start studying for my Fellowcraft on the very next Wednesday. Thank you for your support. Maybe someday we can meet in person as I embark on my Masonic traveling.
