Greetings All,
I am Romulus, MI and I have been reading a lot of information on masonry that totally displaced many ignorant reservations that I had about this prestigious fraternity. I'm on fire about this book I read 'Born in Blood' by John J. Robinson. This non-mason and historian made a heck of a case for freemasonry by merely tracing its history. As a result, I am currently looking for a lodge that will receive me into its membership. I was worried because I am of African American descent and didn't know which way to go. I was interacting with some Prince Hall masons that suggested that was the only way to go for a black man but there seems to be some problems with their recognition. I just pray that there is a place in freemasonry that I can fellowship with brothers who are believers in God, are good men, and truly love and support each other. I am profane, my goal is to come out of the darkness as I am a Seeker of Light. |
