This is what GM Keith Dreier stated in a email sent to him:

"You sir do not understand the issue here as it pertains to our constitution."

This is what SGW Todd Eastham stated in a email sent to him:

"The fact of the matter is that our Most Worshipful Grand Master is obligated to uphold our Book of Constitutions that was handed down to him from years gone by."

So if we are to believe their statements this is about their Constitution stating PH is Clandestine. They need to inform several of their lodges who have websites listing famous Masons to remove the names of clandestine Masons (considered such by the GL of KY) off their sites or these lodges should loose their charters.

Just to name three. If PH is not recognized as "regular" in Kentucky these Lodges must have their charters pulled for listing PH Masons as regular on their websites.

Talk about stupidity. What is this really about? These terms of recognition and hiding behind the fact that the GL of KY does not recognize PH as "regular" sounds like just another excuse to state such because they are Black.
