Yes, the issue of accountability is in question as far as the Shriners are concerned, but also consider, the lack of jewels this other Brother has exhibited. If the Fez's choose to be "dishonest", then the craft should handle this accordingly within the Lodge, not within the outer congregation. We had nothing to do with it, so bad on the Shriners and penalize the traitor.
